An overview,
This test system is a new product developed by our company. According to DL/T 1119-2010 General Technical Conditions of Power Frequency Parameter Tester for Transmission Line and DL/T1179-2012-1000kV AC Overhead Transmission Line Power Frequency Parameter Measurement Guidelines, the different frequency power supply and test host are integrated into a test device integrating table and source. That is, the functions of different frequency power supply and its output control, isolation transformer and its gear switch, test wiring transformation, grounding split and close operation, signal measurement and acquisition, data analysis and calculation are all concentrated in the same chassis.
Two, technical parameters
1. According to the test system selection configuration table, select specifications and models suitable for different power frequency interference intensity and line length to meet the requirements of AC power frequency parameter testing of 0.2 ~ 1500km overhead line or cable line.
2. Power frequency interference resistance of the test device: reliable and stable output, accurate separation of power frequency interference signal and completion of all test items under the condition that the ratio of the output signal of the device to power frequency interference signal is 1:20.
3. Power supply: single-phase AC 220V±10%, (10 ~ 40A) 50Hz±2%;
4. Test the protection function of the device
1) Working power supply protection: when the input power of the instrument is connected to 380V power supply by mistake, the overvoltage alarm indicator will light up and the buzzer will sound the alarm sound at the same time.
2) Device shell grounding and test grounding detection: when device test grounding and shell grounding are not good, the device will issue warning characters and turn off power output.
3) With emergency stop button, in case of accidents, quickly cut off the power output and ground the first end of the line under test to protect the testers and equipment.
4) Other protection: the device has four kinds of protection: over voltage, over current, short circuit and overheating. There is a fault indicator on the panel to indicate the type of failure.
5. Output characteristics of different frequency power supply:
1) Output frequency: 45Hz/55Hz/260Hz frequency is better than ±0.1%;
2) Output waveform: standard sine wave, waveform distortion is better than ±2%;
6. Test accuracy of line power frequency parameters:
1) Electrostatic induction test:
Measuring accuracy ±5%±5 words 0.001kV highest resolution
2) Electromagnetic voltage test:
Measuring accuracy ±0.2%±2 words 0.001V highest resolution
3) current test: measurement accuracy ±0.2%±2 words with the highest resolution 0.01mA
4) Capacitance parameter test: highest resolution: 0.0001μF

5) Impedance parameter test: the highest resolution: 0.001 ω;

Impedance Angle: 0° ~ 360°; Reading plus or minus 1% + / - 0.05 °
