In order to reduce reactive power loss, shunt capacitor banks are usually used to improve power factor in power systems. In practical application, the accident rate of capacitor compensation device is relatively high, which is determined by the characteristics of the working state of capacitor device. Therefore, it is very important to detect the capacitor device regularly, find the defects of the capacitor early, and avoid the expansion of the fault.
But in the field capacitors are grouped in parallel, so the general capacitance meter needs to be removed after the lead can be measured, the workload is large, and easy to cause wiring errors. For this reason, our newly developed capacitive inductance tester can measure a single capacitor in a group of shunt capacitors without disassembling wires, and also measure inductance and current. Convenient wiring, simple operation, reduce the workload of maintenance personnel, greatly improve the field test efficiency, for the normal operation of the power grid to provide a guarantee.
