Oil pressure strength tester method of use

1. Adjust and place the electrode of the oil cup, put the oil into the instrument and cover it with a glass cover.

2. Plug in the power cord and turn on the power switch. At this time, the power indicator is on and the instrument has started to work.

3. When the zero indicator light is on, press the start button, and the high pressure indicator light is on. At the same time, the instrument will automatically boost the voltage according to 2KV/S speed, and observe the indicator status of the instrument.

4. After the oil breakdown, the relay operates and the high voltage is disconnected. The voltage displayed by the instrument is the oil breakdown voltage.

5. Press the "stop and reset" button, the voltage displayed on the instrument disappears, and the motor reverses back to the "zero" position. When it reaches the zero position, the zero indicator light stops automatically at the same time.

6. After 5-10 minutes of oil static, repeat the above work for 3-6 times to synthesize the average value. At this time, the converted data is the electrical strength value of insulating oil.
